Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
House consider the Senate message (page 1068) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 123(JUD) am                                                                                           
    "An Act establishing the Marijuana Control Board; relating to the                                                           
    powers and duties of the Marijuana Control Board; relating to the                                                           
    appointment, removal, and duties of the director of the Marijuana                                                           
    Control Board; relating to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board;

Representative Millett moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                                
amendment to CSHB 123(JUD) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB
123(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes.                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate                                                                      
amendment to CSHB 123(JUD) am?"  The roll was taken with the
